Refund Policy!

  1. Eligibility:
    Refunds are only applicable if the issue is directly caused by Azion Cloud (e.g., technical failures beyond the user's control).

  2. Processing Time:
    If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited within 48 hours of confirmation.

  3. Non-Refundable Cases:
    Refunds will not be issued for problems resulting from user error, misuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

  4. Chargebacks & Disputes:
    Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Azion Cloud support may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

  5. Request Procedure:
    To request a refund, users must submit a ticket through our support system with a clear explanation and any relevant proof of the issue.
